Initial Visit - Virtual

We take a deep dive into your health, reviewing your personal and family history, labs, and imaging to understand your risks for conditions like cardiovascular disease, cancer, metabolic issues, osteoporosis, and dementia. From there, we will make a personalized plan that combines lifestyle strategies, medications, and consultations with other specialists when needed to decrease your risk of developing these conditions.

Comprehensive guidance and treatment to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause and perimenopause.

As your primary point of contact, we manage communication with your healthcare providers to streamline your care. When input from other specialties is needed, we help you establish care with trusted, carefully curated physicians who share our standard of excellence. We communicate directly with these specialists on your behalf to ensure seamless coordination and support.

Join as a Member
Join our monthly membership for best value. Your membership includes direct access to your doctor, visits in person or virtually, along with secure messaging for ongoing questions and updates. You’ll always be able to communicate with your doctor. (If you schedule one visit, rather than joining as a member, you will enjoy direct access to the doctor for one month and lab discounts.)

Begin with a Comprehensive Evaluation
Your first visit includes a detailed review of your medical history, discussion of your goals, and orders for in-depth lab analysis. This visit sets the foundation for a care plan that’s entirely customized to you. This first visit is typically a virtual visit. At your next visit, in person, a physical exam and body composition analysis will be performed.

Receive Continuous, Personalized Care
From menopause management to weight optimization, every follow-up is guided by your individual progress, data, and needs. As we track your results over time, we adjust your plan to match the way your body and life evolve. In addition, precision labs and body composition analyses are monitored every 3 – 6 months, allowing us to measure improvements and fine-tune your plan, ultimately helping you optimize your healthspan.
